Job Purpose:

We are currently hiring Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Engineers for our high technology printed circuit board (PCB) facility in San Jose, CA. This facility supports leading edge OEM’s in the defense, aerospace, data center and semiconductor markets. In San Jose, we are proud knowing “What we make, makes a difference”.

Nature of Duties:

• Optimize current production processes.
• Coaching plants in continuous improvement, standardization, lean concepts
• Assisting plants in addressing equipment down time issues
• Developing preventative/predictive industrial main practices to ensure 100%equipment uptime in high volume mfg.
• Oversee PM programs for all equipment
• in equipment spare parts management
• Provide input on new equipment design and purchase
• Support new model/equip launch as required

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering- Industrial or Electrical/Automation engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing or related field
• PLC competency
• Lean implementation
• Ability to optimize equipment programs and troubleshoot issues to identify root cause
• Excellent communicator who can train both hourly and salary team members.
• Must be a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and see them through to completion with limited supervision
• Ability to support 7 day work pattern
• Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership skills behaviors consisting of outstanding interpersonal skills, teambuilding and communication skills.

Salary Range(annual): $74,000.00-$84,500.00
