We are seeking a versatile and experienced Manufacturing Operator to join our growing team in the cannabis industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operations of our cannabis processing and packaging activities.

Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and machinery in accordance with established guidelines and procedures
• Prepare materials and supplies for processing and packaging, such as containers, labels, and packaging components
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, and resolve any issues that arise
• Record and maintain accurate records of operations, including quantities, weights, and product codes
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control, to resolve any operational issues or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, supplies, and finished products
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and personal protective equipment
• Perform other related duties as required, such as assisting with production, labeling, and packaging

Operator Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
• 1+ years of experience in a processing or production environment
• Knowledge of equipment and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities
