Summary/Purpose of Position

  • Perform duties associated with the manufacturing process (clean room and finished goods manufacturing).

Essential Duties and Position Responsibilities

Listed below are the essential jobs functions and the primary responsibilities for an Operator working on the Arista product line, however, at any time manufacturing demands may require the Operator to work on a different product line which would require him/her to perform any or all of the listed additional functions.

  • Operate fillings, cappers, sealers, and test equipment used in the Arista cleanroom.

  • Operate label maker machine(s)

  • Assemble, inspect, and package devices per relevant operating procedures.

  • Perform visual inspections on materials and products

  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory/procedural requirements at all times.

  • Complete all relevant Device History Records (DHR) as required, complying with Quality System requirements

  • Vacuum, clean and sanitize rooms/manufacturing areas and equipment as required

  • Train others on work instructions when required

  • Perform duties in controlled environments as required

  • Maintain good attendance and on-time record as outlined in the Attendance Guidelines for our facility

  • The ability to work overtime

  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • One or more years of experience working in a medical device or other regulated industry

  • Must have ability to read, write, interpret, comprehend, and consistently follow specifications written in English

  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • Computer literacy / basic ability to use Microsoft Office required

Key Relationships

  • Support the Arista product family supply chain by participating in the packaging operations in the cleanroom environment and the product sterilization process
