We are currently seeking a Market Development Specialist/Sr. Marketing Coordinator to join our growing, collaborative Marketing Team from any of our U.S. office locations, including Indianapolis, IN; Evansville, IN; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Boston, MA; Hartford, CT; Atlanta, GA; Orlando, FL; Miami, FL; and our headquarters in Albany, NY.

CHA's Marketing Team collaborates with our technical and market teams to strategize and create high-quality client deliverables such as proposals, brochures, presentations, trade show materials and more. The Market Development Specialist/Sr. Marketing Coordinator leads the proposal process from the point it becomes a lead through the final decision. They coordinate with our corporate and technical teams to verify that we are meeting our clients’ evolving needs.

• 
  Drives Capture Planning and Strategy: Leads multi-faceted teams to develop strategy and proposals to win our most high-profile, exciting transportation projects. With Transportation being our largest business line, we are looking for someone experienced with southeast region municipal and state departments of transportation marketing pursuits and proposals.
• Building Relationships: The Market Development Specialist/Sr. Marketing Coordinator is the go-to team member for marketing for the business lines. They provide value-added input on strategy and content, keeping their team on track to reach pivotal milestones while ensuring CHA’s response meets all RFP requirements.
• A Team Leader: The Market Development Specialist/Sr. Marketing Coordinator will lead the pursuit process, clearly communicate action items and pursuit schedule with the pursuit team, schedule and lead proposal meetings, and support the management and marketing of our highest revenue-producing client accounts.
• Create Persuasive Marketing Content: The Market Development Specialist/Sr. Marketing Coordinator will create persuasive marketing content that differentiates CHA, lead/support the team in accomplishing its goals, and have a collaborative approach to teamwork.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Business, or other related fields of study preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in the A/E/C industry preferred
• Demonstrated writing and editing skills
• Proven to be client focused
• Experience using Adobe InDesign for document layout
• Outgoing and energetic individual who is a self-starter
• Experience in leading a marketing project from start to finish
• Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a highly collaborative team
