This is where the marketing role will exist.

Purpose of Role:
The Marketing Administrator will be an integral part of the Marketing team carrying out the day-to-day administration. You will support the Marketing team as well as fielding requests from divisions within the business, such as assisting our sales teams with requests and events. You will be exposed to varying silos of expertise in marketing from strategy, digital, product, campaign management and research. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Project manage & co-ordinate events: you will take ownership in the preparation and coordination of events across the businesses. This includes assisting the reps with marketing collateral, attendee planning, sponsorship package, as well as arrangements with the hosting venue.
· Support Sales with administrative requirements – including presentations, printing, brochures, and, as mentioned above, event co-ordination.
· You will respond to incoming enquiries from customers and suppliers – often this involves monitoring email enquiries and potential sales leads, distributing same to the Sales teams.
· Order and coordinate marketing collateral incl. brochures, pop up stands, samples, merchandise, etc.
· Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks.
· Support the sales and marketing with administrational content gathering. This could be for website content or tender content population, but you will be the point of contact to gather and co-ordinate.
· Liaise with our digital agency for design briefs. You must be able to clearly and concisely brief in jobs as well as critically appraise the returned work.
About you
- You will have strong administration and organisational skills.
- You are a concise communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- You will display strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- You will have an Honors Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- You have an ability to multi-task and complete jobs to a deadline.
- You have good time management and prioritisation abilities.
- Experience in a similar role with event organisation is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience with a Content Management Systems is an advantage but not essential.
