The Marketing Administrator will operate in a support role to the Marketing team to ensure campaigns and events are carried out in detail. This position utilizes comprehensive administrative experience, skills and knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and practices.

This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to learn the different aspects of the Marketing department, and eventually grow into a more specific area.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the Community Outreach & Event Coordinator with a variety of duties related to: sponsorships, dealership grand openings, exhibitor shows, conferences and corporate events.
• Coordinate logistics for setup and tear down at events
• Recruit volunteers and event workers for events
• Track inventory and stock promotional items for branding and giveaways
• Build donation packages for charitable events and raffle drawings
• Assist with advertising and PR efforts to promote events, including graphic design
• Take photos/videos at events and post on social media
• Distribute logos and graphics standards to community partners for brand consistency
• Gather and submit information for dealership applications and awards
• Load and tag photos and digital assets as needed
• Count file and record sweepstakes entries from promotions
• Search newspapers, news sites and social media for PR pickup and quantify impact

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associates Degree in related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• 2 years of administrative experience preferred
• Experience using social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube preferred
