Education & Experience

  • Completion of a college degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
  • One year of experience in marketing or one year of patient coordinator experience
  • Social media experience (including Reels)

Essential Skills

  • Experience with various forms of social media
  • Moderate to extensive experience with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Photography/videography
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • General understanding and interest in services provided by practice

Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Social Media – primarily Instagram; potentially also Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms
    • Plan creative content that reflects the brand and goals of the practice
    • Film and edit Reels
    • Assist with creating a schedule/plan of posts, stories, and reels
    • Respond to messages and comments
    • Assist with social media advertising
  • Photography & Videography
    • Photograph staff and new providers at various locations
    • Produce, direct, and edit videos, creating engaging and on-brand media
  • Before-and-after photos
    • Find and edit/format images for photo gallery on practice website and social media using Photoshop
    • Ensure the proper consents for use are obtained and filed

Secondary Duties

  • Assist in coordination of patient/customer events
  • Design PowerPoint presentations for physician use
  • General event coordination/organization
  • Manage charitable donor requests
  • Assist with PR opportunities
  • Coordinate physician speaking opportunities
  • Assist with creation of marketing material (office signs, forms, business cards, patient care package, consultant powerpoints)
  • Performs other duties and tasks as needed
