Compensation Range: $35 - 45 per hour

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to join their team. In this role you will execute cross-functional marketing campaigns and act as a liaison to 3rd party stakeholders to support the sale of company products and services in annuities. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed plans to monitor and track progress of projects.
• Understand strategy to help ensure the projects are appropriately executed.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing, business partners, and 3rd party stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and campaigns at once.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Work closely with compliance to understand advertising guidelines and ensure they are followed appropriately.
• Analyze previous project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Adhere to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy and execution.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Entry Level
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in project management, digital marketing, marketing communications, and or relationship management.
• Marketing project management experience.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
