Zeem Solutions is the leading provider of Electric Vehicle (“EV”) Transportation-as-a-Service solutions to medium and heavy-duty fleets in urban areas and key logistical hubs.

Zeem offers its customers a seamless and cost-effective way to convert a fleet to EVs. Our offering includes parking, EV charging, leased electric vehicles, maintenance and operational services. Customers can rely on Zeem’s in-depth knowledge of the medium and heavy-duty EV market to select the right vehicles to replace their internal combustion fleet, charge vehicles daily, maintain it and have it ready for operation on their own schedule. We partner with leading companies, such as Orsted and Budweiser, as well as large-scale owners of parking real estate, such as LAZ Parking.

Zeem currently operates multiple EV charging sites and is expanding nationwide with a focus on urban and logistical centers. To support our explosive growth, we are looking to add a Marketing & Communications Associate to our team to assist with day-to-day operations within the Business Development department. You will be tasked with the creation of copy and content across all digital marketing, website, and social media platforms, as well as coordinating and executing a strategic marketing plan that positions Zeem to meet its Business Development and Sales goals.

Required Skills / Abilities

• Leading end-to-end Marketing projects, including:
• Project initiation
• Writing and developing succinct creative briefs grounded in thoughtful strategy.
• Developing marketing plans
• Creating and tracking tactical deliverables lists
• Communicating with internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
• Packaging and reporting results

• Creating, writing, and designing marketing materials including but not limited to slide decks, flyers, brochures, one-pagers, product cutsheets, and additional collateral for customer and stakeholder engagement.
• Conceptualizing and creating programmatic plans for specific initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritizing and juggling multiple assignments to deliver materials that communicate clearly defined messages, quality, and brand voice.
• Promoting Zeem’s value proposition in key markets to soften the ground for business development.
• Working closely with Business Development, Sales, and Policy teams on PR efforts, events and high-priority marketing requests.
• Assisting with all media and public relations activities.
• Maintaining brand integrity and ensure consistency across all local markets.
• Collaborating with departmental leaders to help identify compelling stories and develop strategic marketing campaigns that help them promote their initiatives and raise Zeem’s visibility nationally.
• Reporting on results using determined key performance indicators; share positive results with leadership and employees
• Travel up to 25%

Education and Experience

• BS/BA preferably with a concentration in Marketing, Design, or Communications
• A least 4-5 years marketing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.
• Exceptional writing and proofreading skills
• Graphic design and advertising experience
• Entrepreneurial and proactive with hands-on approach to take initiative and follow through
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks to maintain deadlines and ensure quality control
• Strong design sense and a high level of creativity
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task while emphasizing quality
• Works well under pressure to successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint)
