Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm, has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator to work with our transportation infrastructure group.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the proposal development process
- Writing proposals
- Developing marketing materials and content
- Leading proposal kickoff meetings
- Leading interview preparation
- Offering input and guidance on project and team selection for proposal pursuits
- Coordinating marketing plans
- Identifying key publications and award submissions for group
- Assisting with the annual marketing plan, schedule, and budget
- Coordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reports
- Managing client feedback and satisfaction surveys
Travel will be required.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience.
Any of the following is acceptable:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, engineering, English, or related discipline plus 2 years of experience
- Associate degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, engineering, English, or related discipline plus 4 years of experience
- No degree plus 6 years of experience
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:
- Leading proposals, interviews, and strategic direction within the A/E/C industry
- Transportation infrastructure marketing experience, specifically SF330s
- Quality assurance and quality control of marketing materials/technical documents
- Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- CRM databases (Deltek Vision preferred)
- Working with multiple teams at once while managing tight deadlines
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Writing documents using AP style guidelines and grammar
