Marketing Coordinator - Full-Time or Part-Time Position Available

Midwest Laminating & Coatings, Inc., a value-added specialty converter of foils, metalized films, and holographic films laminated to papers and paperboards since 1985, is seeking a highly motivated marketing coordinator to help us increase business with our current accounts and expand our customer base with new business.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for a variety of marketing tasks. This role will be providing support to our team, assisting in daily office tasks, and managing our company's marketing communications.

• Create, prepare, and update all marketing materials.
• Work with team to create and distribute email blasts, direct mail documents and other forms of contact to help generate appointments and leads.
• Manage all aspects of social media for the company.
• Manage web site content, updating as needed.
• Assist sales by contacting cold and warm prospects through a combination of telephone, email, or direct mail.
• Contact our customer base through a combination of telephone, email, or direct mail to help generate leads.
• Support the internal staff.
• Provide creative ideas to management to help market the company and our product/services.
• Maintaining the company’s contact database with up-to-date contact information and activity details.

*This is a permanent position with vacation time, holiday pay, health, dental & life insurance benefits, as well as 401K for full time employees

*Compensation: Depends on experience
