Who are we looking for?

We are seeking to hire a part-time, temporary Marketing Events Assistant to assist our field marketing team with shipping and receiving of event and tradeshow materials from within our Lake Worth Office. This includes using a computer to create shipping labels, and physically maneuvering large heavy boxes/equipment of up to 75 lbs.

Timeframe: ASAP through 7/29/23

Hourly Wage: $17/Hour, 15 hours/week

Tentative Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 9:00a – 2:00p EST

  • Extreme attention to detail and follow through is required
  • Problem solving & great phone skills needed (often speaking with shipping services about lost booths)
  • Physical requirements: Requires lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling heavy boxes of 50 to 75 pounds
  • packing, organizing, inventory of marketing materials for tradeshows & events
  • Possible errands to local print shop or shipping provider for last minute show/event needs
  • Paying close attention to show deadlines and if shipments arrived/returned
  • Administrative level event & tradeshow work as assigned
  • Ability to work quickly, yet thoroughly to immediate event and show needs
