Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager where this position is tasked with managing the design and production of planned marketing programs by performing the following duties.Responsibilities
- Develops and implements multi-channel marketing plans meant to promote the organization and its products or services.
- Designs campaigns targeting specific market segments or focusing on specific products or product lines. Assists in the production of print, online, or other forms of advertisement, and assists with special events or promotions.
- Measures and analyzes campaign results to determine ROI.
- Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities for increased sales.
- Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
- Establishes and maintains consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Reviews analysis of marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development.
- Manages development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
- Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs.
- Negotiates contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.
- Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
- Maintains customer database and approves the use of internal and external mailing list.
- Manages and creates email marketing program.
- Mentors, trains, and develops staff in the Marketing department.
