Osborne Recruitment are delighted to be collaborating with a leader in print and essential marketing and promotion services in Ireland. Our client, an award-winning franchise organisation are seeking a Marketing Manager for their head office based in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and innovative professional with digital and traditional marketing experience. If you have a successful track-record of implementing and leading out marketing strategies, we would love to hear from you!

You will have:

· At least 5 years’ experience working in the Irish Market developing and leading marketing strategies, including content creation and budget management

· Strong digital marketing and SEO/SEM experience, eCommerce experience would be highly desirable

· A third level degree in marketing or similar (highly desirable)

· Persuasive communication & effective relationship building skills with an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in presenting at conferences and webinars

· Experience with data analytics and a high degree of confidence working with data, communicating results, and making recommendations or modifications to strategies

You will be:

· A leader with franchisees in all aspects of product, marketing services and sales methodology

· Developing a detailed Marketing plan each year, managing social media platforms, as well as producing creative and innovative content including whitepapers, customer case studies, videos, brochures, infographics, webinars, newsletters, and blogs

· Managing the brand, raising the profile of the organisation by building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, suppliers, agencies, industry bodies and vendors

· Consulting with the sales team on lead generation and sales strategy, and leading staff training and knowledge throughout the organisation

· Consulting with and assisting the Operations Manager with the on-boarding plan for new-starters, covering key elements in the business

· Maintaining relationships with key suppliers, negotiation, planning, administration, and management of procurement within the Marketing Budget

· Supporting the CEO on key tasks, initiatives, and objectives as required

An excellent salary is on offer, depending on experience. You will have a willingness to travel to different franchise centres throughout Ireland on occasion and attend trade fairs or conferences as needed.
