We are seeking a passionate, client service focused, positive, and hard-working individual with a love for wellness and an excitement for Performance Optimal Health. We are looking for a strategy and execution focused Marketing Director for our Naples (and ultimately entire Florida territory) with strong skills. As a member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing upon the company’s core marketing strategies for this territory.

Key Areas of Ownership & Collaborate On

  • Drive scale and profitability by appropriately professionalizing Performance Optimal Health go-to-market strategy and growth functions for North Naples / Florida strategy.
  • Develop and execute mid and long-term strategies for Growth, Marketing, subscriber acquisition and engagement (organization & site specific)
  • Lead Performance Optimal Health’s user acquisition efforts (planning and acquisition) across all platforms.
  • Develop strategic content to leverage digital and social media platforms effectively.
  • Directly manage the efficiency and ROI of our retargeting and acquisition campaigns across digital and non-digital marketing channels
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to generate actionable insights about marketing opportunities and ensure that Performance Optimal Health is well positioned in the landscape.
  • Responsible for setting the strategic direction, budget and execution for all activities leading to the acquisition of new clients.
  • Partner with Leadership Team on long term strategy and road map for the territory.

To Succeed in this Role, you will Need

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a marketing position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field
  • Must have the ability to relate professionally and work collaboratively with all team members.
  • Exceptional project management, communication (written and verbal)
  • Highly analytical and strategic, but also creative and hands-on in nature
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue-based results, balancing a data-driven marketing approach with knowledge of how to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Skilled in creating new business development opportunities, sales execution, team building and management.
  • Understands the big picture, can set objectives - industry & business specific.
  • Experience in both setting strategy in addition to leading its execution.
  • Experience successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns at scale.
  • Combine the creative with the analytical, bringing campaigns to life and rigorously analyzing performance.
  • Operationally focused and execution-oriented; uses insights and data to inform decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
