Job Description
TerraMai is looking for a seasoned marketing professional to develop and lead our marketing strategy. The role is all about sharing the TerraMai brand with new customers and deepening our relationship with our existing ones. A compelling brand is a key ingredient for success in building materials, and we want this position to focus solely on creating and executing the most compelling brand voice possible. We expect you to drive the growth of TerraMai’s brand voice in the marketplace and connect with our growing customer base through original content. This role will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Duties
- Develop and manage the marketing strategy for the company across all channels
- Develop and manage all phases of the lead generation program
- Coordinate and manage the execution of all marketing campaigns in a mainly B2B environment
- Create and manage marketing assets like brochures, videos, press materials, digital ads, website landing pages, etc
- Manage the production of monthly eCards to foster our relationship with our existing customers and new leads
- Manage content on our blog, LinkedIn and other media
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with the sales teams and work quickly to help them meet their needs and achieve their goals
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of our Material Bank strategy, which acts as an extension of our marketing efforts by showcasing the company’s products
- Work cross-functionally with Product Development and Operations to coordinate various tasks to achieve product and marketing goals. This role will work very closely with the VP of Product Development on new product launches.
- Manage the website and e-commerce channel. This includes full ownership of understanding website analytics and interpreting the data to make business decisions.
- Integrate lead generation into Salesforce/Pardot CRM database system for outbound communications and email marketing
- Work closely with other heads of departments and external agencies on company projects
- Ensure brand standards and guidelines are adhered to at all times in all marketing activities across the company
- Plan photo shoots, as needed, and content creation for all of our marketing efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing/digital marketing experience
- Proven success in integrating sales tools, Salesforce and Pardot, into marketing strategy
- Previous experience in marketing for a like organization would be a plus
- Excellent, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Reside in Medford, Oregon or surrounding area

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
