Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development of global marketing programs for the Industrial (Automotive & Tire, Heavy Manufacturing, Chemical, Mining, Energy) and High Tech (Semiconductor, Electronics Hardware, Software, Telecom, Consumer Electronics) industry practices.
You will understand the verticals and implement messaging and commercial campaigns that raise brand awareness, promote engagement and sales demand for Kalypso. You will report to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing and closely collaborate with leadership and consulting resources in the specified industry teams.
This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the United States.
Your Responsibilities:
  • You will work with practice leadership to identify market priorities and growth strategy.
  • You will develop go to market strategies, plans, messaging and standard marketing materials for service offerings, solutions and methodologies.
  • You will develop industry-specific target personas and lifecycle journeys and apply them across campaigns.
  • You will deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from strategy to execution. Identify and use a variety of channels including: email, display ads, paid search and social media, third party influencers.
  • You will apply account-based marketing principles (segmentation, intent data, marketing analytics) to support greenfield demand generation and expand the footprint within key accounts.
  • You will partner with practice team members of the marketing team to plan campaigns. Work with external agencies and vendors.
  • You will collaborate with marketing peers at Rockwell Automation to execute select joint campaigns.
  • You will report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, assess against goals and adjust strategy.
  • Identify relevant industry in-person and virtual events that align with the marketing strategy. Lead the preparation and execution including strategy, exhibition, content, staffing and other necessary duties to complete a successful event.
  • Collaborate with content and PR teams to allow the creation, publishing and promotion of industry expertise.
  • Prepare an annual industry marketing budget, track and adjust on a quarterly basis.
  • Help develop sales enablement materials to assist business development.
  • Stay well informed of emerging industry trends and market dynamics to identify signals in the marketplace that could provide growth opportunities for the practice. This includes but is not limited to monitoring published research reports, industry trade publications and supporting practice engagements with analyst firms.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to Travel 5-10% for events

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prefer Bachelor's degree be in marketing, media, communications, or another business-related field.
  • Typically requires at least 4 years of relevant marketing experience
  • We ask that your marketing/communications experience comes from one or more of the Industrial segments (Automotive & Tire, Heavy Manufacturing, Chemical, Mining, Energy). Knowledge of consulting/professional services would be great!
  • We ask that you have experience working with marketing and CRM tools including HubSpot, 6sense, Google Analytics, Zoho
The base salary compensation range for this role in California, Colorado, New York, New Jersey & Washington State is $79,040.00 to $118,560.00 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary.
