The Manager, Paid Social will be responsible for the project management, analysis and day-to-day execution of Paid Social across CBH brands (Crate and Barrel, Crate & Kids and Hudson Grace) and drive overall company traffic, sales and customer development targets.
A day in the life as a Marketing Manager, Paid Social…
- Manage paid social programs across all major publishers (Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest), taking customers’ multichannel experience into consideration
- Lead implementation of channel-level strategy across all brands
- Manage program budgets along with reporting and analysis and bring awareness for opportunities and challenges
- Serve as an expert on paid social and improve programs using state-of-the-art tools and automation
- Implement and improve account management processes such as creative development, audience specific tactics and optimization
- Develop team to work cross-functionally across paid social, search and display to manage strategy across audience, geo, promotions, etc…
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and reporting to inform strategy, optimization and other key decision making
- Partner with the Organic Social team to improve overall brand visibility and drive maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with Creative on ad development and testing
- Partner with the Media team to coordinate reach goals and video strategy for paid social
- Consistently develop ways to improve the program using state-of-the-art tools and automation whenever possible
- Participate in projects that increase the department’s technical capabilities, improve data structures and data integrity and promote new strategic efforts
What you’ll bring to the table…
- Ability to serve as the Paid Social expert, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest
- Experience understanding customer needs and trends for our core consumer
- Experience in partnering and managing key vendor/agency relationships
- Strong project management with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong analytical skills with a proven record of finding insights through analyzing data
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
- 5+ years experience in Digital Marketing, Paid Social, eCommerce, Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (Adobe/Omniture, Google Analytics), SQL and Access
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Javascript, Python etc. a strong plus
