We operate in a very precise section of recruiting, assisting with strategic hires of emerging leaders and Pre-C Management. We focus on very low unemployment sectors- areas where typical unemployment levels are -5% or greater. We have created hiring models and career management theory that have placed us as a trusted advisor to both talent conscious organizations and the people that stand out in our practice spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing marketing strategies to find and obtain new business clients
• Supports Partner and Associates by providing industry data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, etc.
• Create and execute the plans for a marketing campaign
• Weekly and Monthly goal tracking
• Metric Management for Life Sciences Associates: engagement start dates, first candidate presentations, timelines, etc.
• Creation and distribution of “Client” documents
• Creation and distribution of “interview prep” material
• Own the Partner’s Calendar
• Schedule appointments, interviews, discovery calls, preps, and debriefs
• Create, manage, and track job ads
• Creation of weekly search updates for Clients
• Creation of beginning of the week plans for Clients
• Research for Business development leads
• Candidate development research and occasional outreach
• Manage and frequently update CRM database
• Consistently deliver white glove customer service experience to companies and candidates
• Utilize a multitude of recruitment tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years professional experience minimum (Industry experience is not required)
• Demonstrate high-level of organization and self-starter attitude
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Commutable distance to Broadview Heights, OH
