Bloom Energy, a solid oxide fuel cell company, is looking for a Sr. Production Control Analyst to join its world class team. This individual should be a dynamic professional who is looking for a rewarding future in one of today’s most exciting technologies.

The Sr. Production Control Analyst will help to ensure on time product shipment by analyzing processes to align incoming supply with manufacturing plans, evaluate buffers and project product availability to meet shipments. They will also review and develop the tools to track performance to plans across all areas of manufacturing. This position will focus on identifying process improvements to coordinate material and information flow from sales through supply and manufacturing.

Location: This position will be based in Newark, DE.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyze manufacturing plans to ensure alignment with critical supply and customer shipments
• Identify risks and areas for improvement in build and shipment plans across the organization
• Evaluate buffers to ensure upstream disruptions have minimal impact on downstream activities
• Develop tools to synchronize plans and to track and report on progress to the plan
• Develop/implement tools for increasing automation of data collection infrastructure
• Create contingency plans and recovery actions for exceptions to the plan
• Ensure connection between manufacturing completion and shipment execution
• Support Production Control Manager

Skills and Experience:

• Strong data management and analytical skills
• Ability to clearly display and communicate data and information
• Ability to make connections between complex processes
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related field strongly preferred

• Relevant work experience

Pay: $82,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
