Position Overview
We are currently seeking Master Technicians to join our team! We offer competitive pay with monthly bonuses!!
Responsibilities:
- Installing, repairing, testing, and removing 12-volt law enforcement vehicle equipment, including, but not limited to light arrays, flashers, sirens, laptops, printers, radios, speakers, antennas, and more.
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional motorcycle repairs.
- Provide related technical assistance and explanation of mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
- Designs, modifies, and fabricates related electrical systems and repairs/replaces malfunctioning electrical components.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid license with motorcycle endorsement.
- Minimum 3 years of motorcycle technician experience
- MMI Certification for Harley-Davidson
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Working knowledge of shop equipment and electrical circuits.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background & drug screening.
