Overview:

Signalink, a rapidly growing small company, is currently seeking a Material Release Coordinator to join the team as an integral member of a group of government, military, and contractor personnel that provide program, engineering, and technical support on a wide variety of projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in evaluating the system’s Technical Data Package (TDP) to confirm it is complete, accurate, and meets all requirements for fielding.
• Review and identify issues, risks, and concerns associated with the TDP in addition to providing input for a recommendation for a full material release, partial material release, or conditional material release
• Deliver oral and written system risk and assessment presentations to peers, program management, senior leadership, customer, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare presentations, analyses, and reports for government/customer stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college in a technical field
• 5+ years of related experience in a DoD environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance or higher
• US citizenship
• Up to 10% travel

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge in IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS
• JIRA/ Confluence experience is a plus
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile principles
• Prior Product Owner experience is beneficial
