Our Superior, WI campus is ready to grow, and our world-class team is looking for passionate, motivated Lead Material Handler like you.

You'll be responsible for:

• Packages rolls of film to customer specifications as described by work orders, sales orders or by packaging instruction.
• Accurately enters data into production computer, and labels finished rolls and pallets accurately and independently.
• Understands all types of packaging methods.
• Ensure that all packaging specifications are met when it comes to appropriate labels based on customer requirements.
• Continuously work with the leadership team to identify more cost-effective ways to prepare finished goods products to our customers.
• Assures awareness and understanding of CNG safety policies and procedures and operates in a safe manner with no safety incidents, monitors for safe work practices in the plant
• Is dependable and reliable; consistently shows up for work on time and work attendance meets schedule expectations; is prompt for meetings; has an effective, sound work ethic that is demonstrated with consistent performance, a desire to learn and effective job-related behaviors.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Minimum of 4+ years of warehouse experience and 2+ years of leadership experience
• Has a career-oriented mindset aiming to grow personally and professionally
• A sound decision-maker and problem-solver who is ready to go above and beyond
• A strong understanding of our safety mission and its importance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.50 per hour
