Main duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Stock and replenish inventory bins from back stock
• Assist in the unloading of freight and small parcels
• Cycle count inventory
• Accurately pick and pack orders
• Maintain a clean, safe & organized work area.
• Ensure all packages are staged properly for pick-up by carriers daily.
• Organize inventory bins and clean up aisles as necessary.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or general education degree.

Skills/Competencies:

• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a consistent, positive attitude and exhibits attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze issues and solve problems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ability to lift 40# frequently throughout 8 hour work shift.
• Ability to bend, lift & stand for at least 8 hour work shift.
• Ability to obtain company provided training for forklift & WAV certification.
