Role and Responsibilities:
- Compiles data from Oracle MRP as well as various databases to analyze, determine material commitments, conduct scenario analysis, and provide recommendations on best course of action.
- Provides material availability and inventory analysis to support Site Installation date changes
- Participates on Change Implementation Team by providing material commitments, excess and obsolete cost, cut-in timeline of engineering changes and other Bill of Material updates.
- Compiles data from Oracle and Agile information systems, analyzes, determines material commitments, options and provides recommendations on courses of action.
- Develops inventory analysis and reports to support the company-wide inventory optimization team. Works with inventory owners to complete inventory analysis and action plans.
- Supports Inventory and Purchasing SOX Control requirements. Prepares approval documents, ensures SOX approvals and maintains record of approvals for audit purposes.
- Participates in process improvement and data automation projects to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Process maps business functions; defines improvement areas within the team’s operations
- Participates in and supports Supply Chain initiative programs including cycle count, Physical Inventory and Oracle MRP enhancements.
- Participates in special projects and strategic initiatives, as requested
Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in Materials Planning, Purchasing or Supply Chain
- Expert Microsoft Excel & strong Power Point skills – required
- Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills and teamwork skills
- Requires a general understanding of supply chain management, material flow processes, MRP function, Inventory Management, Engineering Change Implementation, commodity knowledge and information systems.
- B.S./B.A. Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related discipline
- Experience with Microsoft Visio & Project Management - preferred
- Experience in statistical modeling, DMAIC process improvement - preferred
- Experience using Oracle ERP and Agile PLM software – preferred
- APICS CPIM or APICS CSCP certification – preferred

Pay: $69,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
