Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage all Coupa receiving and required receiving documentation for inbound receipts of lab materials and supplies for the Denver Warehouse.
- The role is expected to ensure that all receipts are entered accurately in Coupa, maintain shipping records, and raise issues to the Purchasing manager related to issues with inbound receipts.
- Maintain a Material Handler orientation/training program and onboard new hires to ensure they understand all aspects of the warehouse operations and safety regulations. The role is expected to track new employee performance and monitor progress.
- The role will also audit the overall training process, update curriculum as needed, and retrain current Material Handlers on an annual basis outside of Media Lab Requirements.
- Presenting in monthly material handler meeting on regular training and opportunities for improvement
- Oversees inbound supply deliveries; performs product inspections; and enters related data into the receiving system according to established operating Procedures (OP’s).
- Manages inventory in accordance with “First-In, First-Out (FIFO)” principles in order to promote efficiency and waste reduction. Monitors stock expirations for respective department(s).
- Responsible for inventory/supplies oversight on a testing department or departments. Partners with the lab technologists to understand changing needs and demands, and communicates key information back to the Inventory Supervisor and Purchasing Manager.
- Supports team and lab in general rotating tasks: Bio-Bin hazardous waste removal, lab trash, lab coat/general labware stocking, send-out requests to other labs.
- Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies including the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Performs other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities to support laboratory and facility operations and equipment as assigned.
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal assistance.
- Intermediate Excel, Outlook, and data entry skills.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Previous laboratory inventory experience preferred, but not required.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Working Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of warehouse experience.
- Ability to instruct subordinates and delegate tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (minimum 50 pounds).
- Ability to work in a controlled environment utilizing aseptic techniques.
- Ability to work within quality systems under regulatory requirements.

- This laboratory carefully maintains all hazardous materials. All employees must abide by Eurofins DPT’s Safety and Exposure procedures. This includes using the provided safety clothing and equipment.

Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm, with overtime as needed.
