The Software-Driven Experience (SWX) group is currently developing a state-of-the-art software platform that will be deployed on all Stellantis vehicles going forward. The SWX organization is seeking a technical specialist to join our Software Methods & Tools Team to lead methods and tools for Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) in a global vehicle software organization. This role would be responsible for delivering MBSE methods and tool support for the efficient development of quality vehicle systems and software. This position is remote in the US. It will entail working in a very global environment, interacting with people in India, Europe, Brazil, Asia, etc.

The responsibilities of the MBSE Methods & Tools Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following:

Using agile methods, establish incremental improvements and measured successes that deliver clear business value in the domain of MBSE Support deployment of MBSE methods and tools within the software engineering community
Influence, as necessary, roadmaps with respect to internal projects as well as external forums (INCOSE, etc…)
Interface with vendors/consultants, as required, to facilitate the implementation of industry best-practice strategies
Interface with Stellantis IT organization as needed for backend support Coordinate related MBSE training needs to support a large global organization
Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
