We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to assume the key full-time position of MDS Coordinator at our facility located in South Beloit, IL.
The successful candidate for this position will have:
- registered nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois;
- prior MDS experience;
- AANAC certification preferred;
- excellent work history;
- committed to team-oriented outcomes and quality care and;
- excellent oral and written communication skills.
