Position: Meat Department Manager Wage 20.50 – 24.50 + Quarterly and Annual Bonus Potential of up to $10,000

Job Summary: To Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to Customers, Team Members & Outside Vendors. Meat Cutting, Processing, Wrapping, Pricing, Merchandising, Cleaning, Sanitation, Stocking Deli, Receiving Product, Tracking Invoicing, Maintaining Accurate Inventories, Employee Development, Employee Supervision.

Essential Job Functions:

Meat cutting

Meat wrapping

Working deli

Receiving product

Clean-up and sanitation

World Famous Friendly Customer service

Stocking meat counter

Putting product away in cooler and freezer

Taking Inventory

Weekly Computer-Paperwork

Meat Department Employee Development

Meat Department Employee Supervision

Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook

Knowledge Skills Needed:

Leadership-ability to lead, teach and develop others

World famous friendly attitude with customers & team members

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to lift to 80 pounds

Ability to read case labels

Meat cutting skills
