We are now one of the largest employers in the Hartford, CT metropolitan region with over 800 employees working across two facilities and multiple shifts. We are actively seeking candidates who:

• Can reliably commute to our Newington, CT facility
• Are available to work either:
  • 2nd shift (Monday – Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm)

You should be able to:

• Read, write, and communicate effectively
• Have knowledge of computers – spreadsheets and word processing software
• Comprehend parts/operators manuals
• Use basic hand tools (wrenches screwdrivers, and machine shop tools)
• Use analytical tools (meters and circuit testers)
• Run and adjust machines

It is required that you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• 3 years of equipment maintenance experience

The main job responsibilities include:

• Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing processes related to electro-mechanical manufacturing
• Electronics component level troubleshooting and repair
• Mechanical component and device level troubleshooting and repair
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and drawings
• Utilizing and interpreting diagnostic tools such as a digital multimeter
• Service variable-speed motors, drives, bearings and troubleshoot servos
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
