We are working with a company who specialises in Aircraft Services based in Co. Offaly. They are looking to hire a Qualified Mechanic who will be responsible for the disassembly of aircraft engines and the removal of components for inspection, repair, overhaul and sale.

Job Responsibilities:

• Disassemble and remove commercial aircraft components in accordance with company, OEM, EASA,FAA and other regulatory agency policies and procedures.
• Operate a variety of specialty tools in the process of disassembling aircraft engines and or parts.
• Read, interpret and comply with all Aircraft Manuals that relate to specific parts and areas.
• Drain fluids and cap those components that are needed to prevent leakage or damage.
• Properly Tag parts to identify description, part number, serial number, and area removed from.
• Effectively perform work to meet deadlines and performance goals.
• Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment(PPE), including safety glasses, steel–toed shoes, safety shields, and safety harnesses to ensure safety at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Fully Qualified Mechanic via Apprenticeship Programme.
• EASA and or A&P Licensed Mechanic is preferred but not essential.
• Minimum 1 Year Experience in a Mechanical role.
• Knowledge of all aircraft would be an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent Communication Skills and a high level of Written and Verbal English.
• Physical strength, Agility, and Manual Dexterity.
• Work reliably as part of a team.
