Your Role:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and change proposals to support the safety, production, and maintenance of our facility. This individual will take the lead on forming engineering solutions for application of new products via new machines, retrofit of existing machines for new products, and continuous improvement of existing machine platforms. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Launch new manufacturing products and procedures.
• Act as internal consultant providing mechanical guidance on the most complex projects and problems by applying creativity, innovation, tools, methods, and techniques integrated with technical insights, knowledge and experience to form conclusions and resolutions.
• Apply statistical methods and mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
• Evaluate precision accuracy of production and testing equipment.
• Advance your skills and express your ideas.

We need you to have:

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years in a similar role at a manufacturing facility
• Ability to create drawings in AutoCad
• Process control experience or experience with heavy mechanical industrial equipment

Icing on the cake:

• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
• Experience using Six Sigma and Lean Tools
