Sonas Technical are looking to recruit a Mechanical Facilities Maintenance Technician for our client based in Dublin, Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will be a key member of the on-site FM team ensuring quality day to day FM maintenance and service delivery in line with our service standards and Client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Execution of day to day Building Fabric and general services works as part of the FM team,
in a safe manner. - Provide updates to the MKF Facilities Co-Ordinator and Hertz Facilities Manager on all
building maintenance issues - Responsible for all mechanical , electrical and building fabric up-keep and advise MKF
Facilities Co-Ordinator on maintenance contract requirements. - Supports Set-up of meeting rooms and conference events in line with Client staff requests or
business requirements - Responsible for all mechanical , electrical and building fabric up-keep and advise MKF
Facilities Co-Ordinator on maintenance contract requirements. - Liaison with and support Client Health & Safety Officer
- Ensure all relevant applicable Client Policy & Procedures are adhered to
- As part of the Facilities team, responding to Client staff work requests / help desk requests
and reactive maintenance works in a timely fashion
Key Requirements
- Min 5-6 years FM / Maintenance background or similar environment
- Trade qualified (Electrical, Mechanical or similar)
- Safe Pass, manual handling, Full License and own transport /tools
- Proven ability to work well as part of a broader team, in addition to working well under your
own initiative
