We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market.

We are seeking a Mechanical Service Administrator to join our team in Jacksonville, NC at Camp Lejeune. This position will be responsible for assisting and fulfilling the needs and support of the Mechanical Service & Commissioning program. The Service Administrator will track and schedule all service calls as well as dispatch technicians to service calls while maintaining and tracking all maintenance records. This individual will provide support fulfilling material requests by service technicians, and monitoring all accounts payable/receivable. Additional administrative support will be required to assist the mechanical division including production reports, daily manpower tracking including certified payroll, and general office support.

• Two or more years in an administrative role, preference given to those with construction/mechanical experience
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
• Business and/or administrative coursework preferred
• High School Diploma
