Generation Assisted Living, a premier retirement community located in Rathdrum, Idaho, is currently seeking experienced/new med tech/caregivers. If you are not a med tech/caregiver, but have a passion for care we will train after you have done caregiving for 90 days. This is a chance to advance in your career or start a new one!!!!

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Our compassionate team of professional staff take pride in caring for our residents, helping each one to live in a comfortable and dignified lifestyle. As a med tech/caregiver you will assist residents with activities in daily living, such as medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, light housekeeping and recognize and report changes in resident conditions as required.

What are the requirements:

• One (1) year med tech/caregiver experience working with the elderly is preferred, but we will train.
• The ability to follow oral and written direction and keep adequate records
• A positive and cooperative team player
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED diploma
• Have fun at work as a human being caring for other human beings
