RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists with receiving and coordinating all referrals. Updates referral tracker on a weekly basis.
• Verifies Medi-Cal and Medicare coverage. Notification of insurance providers for prior authorization and services covered. (Can be trained)
• Assists with scheduling initial pre-enrollment and post enrollment assessments
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, in-services, projects, and committees as assigned.
• Adhere to and support the practices, procedures, and policies including assigned break times and attendance.
• Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner; and perform all other related duties as assigned.
• Be flexible in schedule of hours worked.
• Have a great attitude towards community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Medi-Cal and Medicare experience preferred not required.
• Bilingual(Speaks Spanish)

BUSINESS HOURS: Monday – Friday / 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
