Because we are a smaller practice, we have more of a family feel than a corporate setting. We are seeking an experienced Medical Practice Office Manager with a deep knowledge base in clinical procedures and quality metrics to join our single specialty Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery private practice. We are looking for a motivated, self-directed team playerwith exceptional patient interaction skills, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to effectively motivate and inspire a team and to manage the daily operations of our care practice.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Take vitals
• Prepare rooms for patients
• Professional and kind demeanor with clients and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
