We are a private medical practice looking for someone with front and back office skills;
booking appointments, insurance, electronic medical records. We have a fun and relaxed company culture that focuses on patient care and quality work performance.

Medical Specialty:

• Otolaryngology
• Advanced Head and Neck Surgery

Ideal Candidate will posses the following skills:

• 2 years experience
• Experience with EHR
• Preferably Speaks Spanish or Chinese
• Understands insurances
• Experience managing inventory and clinic
• Knowledge of IPA's/Healthplans
• Works well with others
• Has positive outlook with a can do attitude
• Otolaryngology/ENT experience preferred

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification
• Certified Medical Assistant

Responsibilities may include:

• Organize and schedule appointments
• Update/file medical records and reports
• Assist during medical examinations
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments

Work Location: One location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• Monterey Park, CA 91754: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)
• EMR systems: 1 year (Required)

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
