Medical Biller, Coder, Payment Poster, Follow-Up

Medical Billing Company, located in Ravenna, OH, has been serving communities by providing ambulance and motor vehicle accident (MVA) billing for over 30 years. We are looking to grow and expand our team of medical billing specialists, coders, payment posters, insurance follow-up, medical records, patient registration, and customer service. We are looking to hire multiple candidates for multiple positions. We offer both dedicated positions as well as positions that offer a variety of responsibilities.

Do you have experience in one or more of the following areas?

· Assignment of codes for diagnoses and procedures using ICD and CPT Codes

· Reviewing claim status of multiple insurance companies through phone or online resources

· Investigation of claim denials, resolving issues, and claim resubmission

· Assisting patients and insurance companies with problem resolution and correction of claims

· Accurately posting payments received from patients and insurance companies

· Balance payments and daily deposits

· Previous experience in medical, ambulance, or other medical billing office environment

· Strong organizational skills

· Previous office experience including computer, telephone, scanner, and internet usage

· Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day (including paid lunch)
