Our practice is growing and we are hiring a Part-Time front desk chiropractic assistant for a friendly and vibrant chiropractic and rehabilitation-based clinic. We are willing to train you with the tasks on hand so experience in the field is not required but preferred. Customer service experience is highly recommended. Office environment is laid back and welcoming. Having the ability to multi-task is important.

REMOTE WORK IS AVAILABLE. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule. Please see the hours below.

HOURS: 8-20 hours weekly

Monday: 7:30am - 12:00pm - REMOTELY FIELDING PHONE CALLS

Tuesday: 10:00am - 1:00 pm - REMOTELY FIELDING PHONE CALLS

Wednesday: NONE

Thursday: NONE - IN PERSON

Friday: 7:30am - 12:00pm - IN PERSON

No weekend hours.

Salary Pay: $15.00 - $16.00/hour

Benefits: Health insurance not provided. HOLIDAY PAY FOR THE 5 FEDERAL HOLIDAYS

Experience: Applicant must be personable, friendly and outgoing. High school education minimum requirement. Customer service experience preferred.

Job tasks: Answering phones, collecting payments, greeting patients, scheduling patients, multi-tasking, accounting, HIPPA privacy, etc.
