EFT/ERA and EDI Enrollment Specialist

Reporting to the Quality Assurance and Training Director, the EFT/ERA/EDI Specialist is responsible for completing all EFT/ERA/EDI enrollment submissions for the appropriate payors, providing payor portal access to the appropriate entities, and updating remit and demographic information for all clients in the Central Billing Office. They will also provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

This position is responsible for correctly applying all types of payments and adjustments that are posted and batched daily.

Experience:

 Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to provide positive customer service. Ability

to maintain independent work schedule. Ability to work collaboratively with team members. Ability to be organized with attention to detail.

Good math, analytical and problem solving skills. Data entry and 10-key by touch. 2-3 years of related experience in cash posting and

reconciliation, EOB analysis, balance transfers, posting refunds, misc. cash, write offs and contractual adjustments.
