We have 6 board-certified/eligible surgeons, 3 Doctors of Physical Therapy, and 100+ other employees. Job Overview

Analyze and work outstanding AR by utilizing practice management reporting, and clearinghouse sofware. Contact patients, and insurance companies, to facilitiate collection of outstanding balances. Must have good understanding of charge/payment posting, patient responsibilities(co-pays/deductibles/co-insurances), insurance reconsiderations/appeals, submitting corrected/replacement claims, and timely filing rules.

Responsibilities

- Create outstanding AR reports in practice management software
- Analyze outstanding patient balances to identify priority accounts
- Use of clearing house software to analyze outstanding claims
- Contact patient's/insurance to resolve issues/collect payments

Qualifications

- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years medical office experience
- Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to multitask. Bilingual a plus.
- 3 years experience with EDIInsight
- 3 years medical collections experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
