Job Title – Medical Device Delivery Driver/Field Service Representative

Our client, A reputed Manufacturing Organization is seeking a Medical Device Delivery Driver/Field Service Representative for there Omaha, NE location to join their team on a contract role.

Position: Medical Device Delivery Driver/Field Service Representative.
Location: Omaha, NE.
Onsite Role Position: Working Hours- 8.30am-5:00pm M-F ( 40 Hours Per Week).
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr.
Contract Role: 4 Months.
Candidate MUST be FULLY VACCINATED for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting customers to include patients and hospital staff on a regular basis providing superior customer service with customer centric solutions.
• Preparing medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery.
• Tracking inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies. Locate missing and misplaced equipment as needed.
• Loading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.
• Attending training and other scheduled business functions which will require commercial air travel.

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• One (1) year field service experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Fully VACCINATED for COVID.
• Excellent customer relationship building skills.
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours including evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Company Vehicle
  This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
