Inventory Associate

Medwest Associates is an independent regional distributor for Arthrex. We are seeking an Inventory Associate that is able to work in a team and alone. The right candidate must be able to perform all assigned task accurately, efficiently, and follow all company policies and procedures. Preferability candidates who have experience in a hospital setting storeroom or sterile processing.

Key Accountabilities:

• Receiving
• Restocking shelves
• Participate in taking inventory
• Restocking surgical trays
• Take orders for surgical cases
• Perform general cleaning duties to achieve warehouse appearance standards and requirements
• Organize warehouse
• Make sure that the warehouse is locked up before leaving
• Other task: As directed by management

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to learn new skills quickly, follow directions, and use a computer
• Ability to perform repetitive task
• Effective time-management and organization skills

Requirements:

• The ability to stand
• Computer work while seated
• Walk
• Use of hands and fingers for grasping
• Necessary accommodations can be made
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
