About Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy
Founded in 2011, we are a privately-owned outpatient pediatric therapy clinic with two offices located in Pooler and Richmond Hill, Georgia. Our mission is to help children reach their fullest potential by providing exceptional physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. As an Medical Office Authorization Specialist, attention to detail is essential, as well as needing to review documentation and complete uploads in a timely manner. Multitasking skills are essential for this position including performing other clerical receptionist duties such as scheduling, filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility to work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday is a necessary. Most importantly, the ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and love working with children and their families!
Qualifications
Do you have experience in a medical office? Are you proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs? We are looking for a new team member with hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers), professional attitude and appearance, excellent organizational and communication skills. A High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
