Immediate Opening!

Full Time fully trainable position offered at Center for Physical Medicine of Naples. Our number one goal at PhysMED is to create a superior experience for our patients and exceed their expectations at every possible opportunity. Responsibilities of the receptionist include directly interacting with patients and aiding them with intake forms, entering patient information, and answering the phone. You will be responsible for keeping therapy equipment and therapy area clean and organized. You will be checking patients in and out of the therapy area maintaining proper patient flow while answering general patient questions. You must be dynamic, energetic, outgoing, charismatic, organized, and be comfortable with direct interactions with patients. You must be able to maintain a professional attitude at all times and create a friendly environment for patients. The ideal candidate is one who is capable of meeting and connecting with new people, genuinely enjoys interacting with patients, has high energy, and is results-oriented. Previous clinical experience is a plus, although the positions are fully trainable with no experience needed.

Spanish speaking preferred (but not necessary)
