Medical Receptionist
Houston, Texas

• Currently looking for 1 full-time Direct Hire Medical Receptionist for an established Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon center in Houston, Texas.

• Responsibilities of the Medical Receptionist

Greeting patients with a very welcoming attitude

Checking patients in

Helping patients with their online forms via office tablets

Maintaining a clean and organized lobby

Scanning documents

Ordering office supplies

Handling multiple phone lines

Triaging calls, passing calls off to appropriate staff members or doctors

Scheduling appointments and answering patient questions

Confirming patient appointments

Taking and posting payments

Checking patients out

• Mon – Fri, 8:30 – 5:00
• Bilingual: English/Spanish
