Medical Receptionist/ Assistant

Full-time Medical Receptionist/Assistant needed for a busy multi-specialty physician’s offices with clinics located in Chesterfield Twp., Clinton Twp., Center Line, Washington Twp., and Saint Clair Shores. Opening, closing and Saturday hours are required. Services include chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, massage therapy, nutrition, and fitness.

Medical Receptionist/Assistant play an integral role as they provide a face and a presence to our patients. The ideal candidate would be a skilled multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and someone who is looking for a career and a place to grow and stay long term. This candidate would enjoy working alongside a healthcare team dedicated to serving the needs of patients while providing a holistic approach to health care. Must have experience. Experience in the use of E-Thomas is a plus.

Willing to work Saturdays, openings, and closing shifts.

Front desk duties: answering phone calls, greeting patients

• Patient intake
• Patient scheduling
• Patient payment collection
• Insurance consultations
• Manage patient care plans

• Diagnostic Testing (ROM, vitals)
• X-rays
• Protocol Audits
• Till Balancing
• Statistics
• Daily use of E-Thomas software
