This is a Commission Position:

Remote Medicare Sales Representative:

Phoenix Benefit Management guides Seniors through the world of Medicare: Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. We determine the right plan to meet our clients financial, health, and lifestyle needs. We are striving to bring our community the best plans and coverage, while educating our clients, and building life long connections.

This position is for a Medicare agent looking to:

• Quote, present, and close sales
• Design their production around lifestyle needs
• Meet sales and productivity goals
• Provide a positive customer experience
• Continuously update customer file in CRM
• You will recommend plans and enroll them online
• 1-year sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Energetic, driven, motivated person
• Must be independently productive as well as team-oriented
• Valid Maryland Life & Health Producer Combo state-issued Health Insurance License (will help get licensed if you do not currently hold one) - Must be completed within 14 days of hire.
• Current AHIP Certification (our compliance officer will assist you completing this if not already done)

Our office is conveniently located in Bel Air, MD.

• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Web-Based Applications.

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
