We are expanding and hiring for a Medicare Sales Agent. Duties include; taking inbound calls and making outbound calls from various marketing campaigns.

• Phone experience is a plus.
• Must be able to multi task and work well within a team/office environment.
• No experience required but customer service experience is preferred.

Salary:

$30,000 - $42,000

-This will be paid out in weekly increments at $576.92

Bonus: (1/1/23 effective-12/1/23 effective)

All MA, MAPD, MedSupp, HIP will pay $50 per paid application.

New to Medicare and New to MA will pay $25 per paid application on MA and MAPD.

DVH plans will pay $40 per paid application.

Cancer plans will pay $30 per paid application.

PDP will pay $20 per paid application.

-This will be paid out in monthly increments around the 3rd week of each month.

*HRA must be completed (if available) to receive bonus on application.

*Bonus will be paid based upon net applications. Agent will have to have a 12-month rolling average of 20 net apps per month to receive bonus.

Renewal:

All MA, MAPD, and MedSupp plans will pay renewals at a rate of $50 per client, per year. -This will be paid out in monthly increments at $4.17 per client, per month.
